We are BOOM, a CGI studio based in London, working with leading advertising agencies and brands worldwide to create emotive, crafted content. Our services include:

Project Work: Any commissioned services are subject to a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work (each a “Project Agreement”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement prevails for the relevant project.

5. Using the Website

You may use the website for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or reuse any visual content, CGI, animations, portfolio work, or text except as permitted by law.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the website or any equipment or network on which the website is stored.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our prior written consent.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

6. Use of Google reCAPTCHA v3

Client Deliverables: Ownership/licensing of project deliverables is governed by your Project Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of underlying tools, techniques, templates, and studio know‑how.

The website may contain links to third‑party platforms (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram) and embeds. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
